Product design and UX research lead on a mobile microlearning platform for trucking and warehousing. Launch version of the app reduced the customer sales cycle from 9 months to 55 days.

Framework and feature design for web-based and mobile construction management software. Design integration for 6 product acquisitions. Research and design thinking facilitation.
